So, despite the fact that I've been in London since September, I just got around to seeing the changing of the guard last week. The images below are from the changing of the Queens Life Guards at the Horse Parade Grounds near 10 Downing Street. I also saw the changing that takes place at Buckingham Palace, which on the whole I found to be rather underwhelming. I think this is largely because I was standing in a really bad place, but from what others said it was just some guy with a flag walking back and forth a lot. Point being that if you come to London I would recommend the smaller, less crowded, Horse Parade Ground permutation of guard changing over the other one.
